Was it an assault pit bull?

Recently a Hispanic couple with a young male pit bull full of testosterone, a female who recently gave birth to puppies, and two of the remaining puppies moved in next to me. The first thing the owner did was put up a five-foot high sheep-type fence with T-posts for support. There is also a three-foot chain link fence existing between us. I have a yard water faucet about a foot from the fence. Every time I go to use the water, the male charges hard against the fence, bam, bam, bam. He can't break through but it is unnerving to hear him try. Occasionally the dog disappears for a day or two, and I suspect he is being used as a stud dog to breed more pit bulls.

i had a neighbor who had an aggressive pit that kept trying to break down the fence and get after my pooch. I talked to my neighbor and let him know in no uncertain terms that he was responsible for his dog and if anything happened to my dog I would hold him personally responsible and he would be treated like a killer dog. he kept his dog chained after that and moved shortly afterwards.
