Looked like a late night scene in a club district somewhere in Europe (biker was wearing one of those long sleeve striped shirts that, with a beret, screams “French!”). He rode right through a group of people (presumably drunk) in a cross walk, prompting two male members of the group to kick at him. Moral: Even if they’re an a**hole you shouldn’t pick a fist fight with someone wearing a helmet.
Or heavy riding gloves, for that matter.
I suspect the big guy was already half knocked out just from the booze. Biker guy could have whiffed, and he would have been knocked over by the breeze.
The voices are speaking in English with accents from the United States. There are palm trees and it is March. Southern California or somewhere in the Southwest would be my guess.
Not enough definition to read the white lighted sign on the building on the far corner. I can't find a license plate for the bike in any of the frames.
I'm pretty sure many experienced motorcyclists can identify the make and model of the bike from its shape and the engine noise.
Anyone with the correct (sophisticated) imaging software can probably figure out the sign.
If the authorities want, they can reverse engineer the location. There is a high probability that there were surveillance cameras that also recorded this.
And, you are less tough than you think you are when you are drunk.
The bystanders were all speaking American English, tho.
