The sad part about charities, churches, schools and youth organizations is that while the vast majority of people they attract are dedicated and interested in doing good, they also provide a pool of vulnerable targets for those with other interests and whose targets are susceptible to their authority.
They must strictly adhere to Rule One: “No Poofters!”
