So my dads tire blew up on the freeway and this dude,
with a confederate
flag tattoo, wearing a confederate flag t-shirt,
with confederate flag car stickers, stopped and changed
our tire. My mind is blown, don’t judge a book by its cover y’all 🤷🏽♀️

Note to all: the Confederate Flag is about Southern Pride, about being proud of where Southerners are from.
I’m a Yankee, originally from South Dakota, I’m proud of where I’m from - as all of us should be proud of our home. I’ve lived in Georgia - and Southerners get race relations a lot better than Yankees.
The Confederate flag ain’t about race, unless the person is a SJW from the North.
Ha ha, God I love Americans.
Even as late as the 80s the dukes of hazard was the most popular show on tv and it featured the General Lee emblazoned with a big Confederate flag on the roof. Never mind Lynyrd Skynyrd and all the other Southern rock bands who featured it or various bikers.
Then we were told starting in the early 90s by a bunch of Leftist Yankees that now suddenly and magically it had become “racist”.
Bull crap.
There are many more nice and generous people among Trump voters than Hillary voters.
This story reminded me of my early experience as foreign student in Iowa. In one of snowing days in 1992,on my way to des moines, I ramp off Interstate I-80 and skidded into a ditch. My front of car was in deep snow. I was stuck. As I waited there hopelessly(no cellphone then), there was this Ford pickup driving by and stopped. The guy helped me out of that ditch. I was deeply touched and in a big “cultural shock”. Yes I feel much safer and comfortable among deplorables. They are genuinely nice people
