That was a reference to the number of years till the flood, not a hard and fast rule for individual longevity.
Now, if 120 was a common age for people to reach, no many days more, not much less barring accidents or wars, then we might be talking miracles.
There was a bloke in China who is supposed to have live well over two centuries.
