That’s not true. The actions of the FBI actors who are part of the conspiracy to obstruct justice tolls the start of the statute of limitations.
They are also in violations of the RICO statute. Every letter to Congress that misleads Congress restarts the 10 year statute of limitations for RICO violations.
The appointment of Huber May very well mean that Rosenstein is in the crosshairs of a criminal indictment from a Huber grand jury.
