It’s monstrous!
Yes, the lava fountain is a pretty good distance beyond the trees and is downhill from them. The house where they’re set up to get the live stream is about a half mile away and they’re zoomed in on it. It makes perspective a little difficult to grasp. It’s a little easier during the day time.

This is a screen shot I got from video recorded early yesterday as a couple of guys walked around. They were off to the right of what is seen on the live stream right now.
Check out that wall of lava that's built up the past few days!
This is from last Monday when fissure 17 started really cranking up. It's to the left of what's on the stream now. And just to the right of it is fissure 18, which is the one making all the explosive racket on the live stream now.
