Actually I find, in some ways, the midwest has better seafood. If you are going to add shipping markup, are you going to ship the mediocre stuff or the premium stuff?
Lake trout, salmon, whitefish, perch, brown trout, steelhead.
All out our back door.
Fish ain’t just for the coasts.
Head straight East until you hit that big lake.
