1. It's really too early to say. NK has reneged on it's promises before, so we need to wait and see.
2. The toughening of sanctions was a masterstroke.
3. Getting China to play ball and calling them out publicly when they were trying to cheat was a masterstroke.
4. Getting Kim to the negotiation table was a masterstroke.
5. The presentation of the two alternate NKoreas was a masterstroke whether it works or not.
6. Getting an agreement in principle to denuclearize NKOREA was a masterstroke, but it needs to occur and needs verification.
7. You do not legitimize someone because you meet with them, that's just left wing sour grapes.
8. Neither does meeting with someone give them equitable standing with you, also sour grapes.
