Yeah, the staff at EVERY WH I have been too have been either older white trash ladies or younger black girls, management may vary, as well as the greasiness of the menus.
I mean the actual menus are covered in grease.
That describes the older Waffle House locations but not the newer ones. The experience as well as the patrons will vary depending upon just what side of town you’re on, but the staff all have that air of resignation with an underlying sense that they’ll gut you if you start any $#!+ inside the restaurant. Put it this way, if a woman in her seventies has managed to survive waiting tables late at night in a Waffle House she *can* take you out one way or the other, lol. Rest assured.
