The real breakthrough in Artificial Intelligence comes when AI explains AI.The problem seen today is that “AI learning produces capability to do a function (better than a human can) but nobody knows how that capability is being effected. Thus, humans find themselves out of the loop.
What’s needed is “meta AI” which can explain in English what was learned by the AI system. AI which not only can learn but can teach.
