He’s already had 5 dui’s plus other charges.
This guy is beyond hope or help. Just get rid of him.

I read this took place at 2:00 in the morning. Is that true?
The 30 year old was probably drunk, or had at least something to drink?
Also, why is a 16 year old out at 2:00 in the morning?
