BTW.... Did anyone see the engine graphic?

Hmmmm...

* Integral Starter / Alternator, and that means no Gear Box, notice no Accessory Shaft for said Gear Box.
* That also begs the question, what about an Oil Pump for Engine Bearings?
* Or are they "Foil" or "other" low or no Lubricant Bearings.... Notice not reference to this feature.

The slide also said a “more electric” engine. Perhaps the oil pump will be electrically driven instead of from an accessory shaft.

What about hydraulics? The trend in new designs is higher and higher pressure hydraulics, which translate into smaller physical actuators. You going to get an electric pump to generate 5,000 PSI? (The 787 does.)
