I remember him in a TV episode, I think it was “Naked City”.
He portrayed a character named “Ooftus Gooftus”. The only reason I remember it is at the end, I found my self crying. Very unusual for me.
He was one heck of an actor.
I have read several times the assessment that Mickey Rooney was the best American actor of all time. I don’t agree with that, my vote would go to Cagney.
