Heroin and cocaine would be a speedball. Of the four listed,
cocaine (white pony, coke or crack if made into paste and cooked on stove), ecstasy (Molly), and methamphetamine (crank) are stimulants, with heroin (smack, horse) being a sedative. I won’t even try to guess if someone would combine all four in one dose.
According to the National Lampoon drug interaction table, mixing all those drugs would result in you being sucked up in to a molecular tornado, then you die.
