If you saw the show, at least two of the characters were gay and it is not the first time Ms Phelps (who does screenplay writing for Agatha’s stories), has on previous occasions indicated there were homosexual issues in the show. I have read Christie for years, and maybe I’m stupid, but I NEVER recognized that in her writings.

There were a few possible or implied homosexual characters in Agatha Christie books. One book titled “The Moving Finger” - Mr. Pye (he was an antique dealer I think). Also a couple of “handsome” women in “A Murder is Announced”. Murgatroyd & Hinch or something like that.
