Happy Summer Sunday all...no threads will be posted for the next two weeks...
It’s a nice lineup...the schedule has mistakes where the show name and episode name are swapped...I’m loving Our Miss Brooks...I was a Communist for the FBI...with the high point being Lights out...
How are you?
Hi, Vision! I forgot about the thread, but we’re here, and all’s well.
I hope you can have a good time the next two weeks. :-)
It hasn’t been said recently. So I’ll say it. Thanks Vision for maintaining the Big Broadcast forum!
Hey Gina, glad to hear it.
Thanks! Glad you enjoy it.
Hey, buddies. Hope all is well and the Lord is smiling upon you. Murray The Lib can otherwise plant his lips upon my tuckus and gimme a big smooch. We just want this damned heat to break. I got a new angling sponsor with American Tackle Co. and I really wanna impress them, but in this weather, even the mosquitoes aren’t biting, and even the brothers managing the county lake said business has been dismal. No anglers, no boat rentals, nothing. It’s been simmering death. Haven’t been cooking too terribly much lately. Connie’s taste buds are shot from some clinically-named side effect of the MS. The only thing that tastes right to her is Hidden Valley Ranch dressing. And she’ll dip everything from roast beef to a tuna melt in it to taste it. LOL! (C’mon, we gotta just roll with it and and yuk it up.)
I’m sorry about Connie’s health, Viking. That must be very hard for you both.
Thanks for checking in. Get her as much Ranch as she needs. Really strange nobody is on the water. Must be murder. It’s been ok up here if we’re not getting monsoon style rains.
Back when the weather was cooler and it was pre-spawn, one local was bank fishing near the pier and came over to the shop with a 6.2 pound bucketmouth bass with the a girth like a Basset hound.
I got picked up by American Tackle Co. as a new Pro Staff angler, and I'm waiting to get a tournament jersey from them.
I don't know how the pros manage all of this. I'm an amateur angler, and I have nine or ten sponsors that I'm trying to juggle and keep happy. This weather isn't doing me any marketing favors.
