Yes, probably Hmong, and they probably make something delicious out of squirrels, as opposed to the local (eastern NC) delicacy (sic), “squirrel bog.”

I don't think fancy squirrel cookin' goes on in the greater Brushy Creek/Lehigh area. Fry 'em or put 'em in a stew... and hopefully someone in the chain of custody has a passing acquaintance with seasonings other than table salt.
