Norm is right and knows the “apology” is just out there to appease the mobs.
he is smart enough of a guy to refer to Roseanne’s victims knowing it is nonsensical.
If Norm (who I love as a comic) had put quotation marks around the word victims, he would have sealed a bad fate for himself.....that’s all it takes....quotation marks as sarcasm.
