And instead, they are playing the hardest of hardballs to try to pack the court with, you know, another nominee, regardless of the questions. Remember, Rachel, there were lots of questions raised in the hearing itself about some of his testimony, some of the statements he had made when he was first confirmed for the circuit court, and then additional statements. So there were already reasons to doubt the testimony and the positions that he was taking as well as substantive issues that are fair game for senators to explore.”

On most issues, Hillary has zero credibility. On this one, she has negative credibility, like the Joker in Batman. Yet the libs will still take her seriously.
But Kavanaugh, in defiance of established canons respecting burden of proof, does not.

The last time we had a big sex scandal, the wife of the accused said that the accusations were due to “a vast right-wing conspiracy” - and who would know if the wife of the accused didn’t?So the simple answer to this otherwise insoluble “he said, she said” is simply to take the word of Mrs. Kavenaugh. Sure, she has reasons to want her husband to be elevated to the status of SCOTUS justice - but Hillary had more reasons than that to want to remain in the White House.
So if Mrs. Kavenaugh says it didn’t happen, Judge Kavenaugh’s nomination has to be confirmed.
And if she adds, “What difference, at this point, does it make?” Mrs. Kavenaugh should be nominated for President of the United States.
That’s right! She was the head of the Bimbo Eruptions Unit.
Give the accuser three chances to answer questions under oath.
Have each chance be a day apart starting next Monday.
If she misses all three, vote on Kavanaugh on the fourth day, and get him confirmed.
Kavanaugh is a man.
This transparent abomination must not stand.
