According to the attacks on Kavanaugh every male in the U. S. can be charged with sexual assault simply because we have the necessary tool to commit the crime. Perhaps we should tattoo a serial number on every male’s tool. It can be done normal size while in the flaccid state. Then when aroused the numbers will expand and allow the female being attacked a better opportunity to get the license number so to speak.
