Are you referring to an absentee ballot? Provisional ballots are provided on election day when one’s name does not appear on the list of registered voters.
I meant to say “Sample” ballot. Not sure why I typed provisional. Anyway, got it at the courthouse so my wife and I could get in and out of the polling place quick. I really hopes this passes.
