I’m still upset that forty three years ago the local TV stations took off the old Saturday Night horror and Si-Fi movies for this SNL crap. I sat down with my soda and popcorn, as I had done for years, and on came...”LIVE FROM NEW YORK! IT’S SATURDAY NIGHT!”
I said...”Where’s my si-fi movie?” Been mad ever since.
Hopefully you get a MeTV channel for Saturday evening’s www.svengoolie.com and some locals carry that “Comet TV” channel on their subchannels. Comet kicks butt!

There was a span from the late ‘80s through the mid ‘90s that was consistently great. IMO those years were nearly on par with the early SNL.
