I don’t want to alarm you, but college football’s regular season is more than halfway over. You better watch all of it you can.

See? Now the Week 8 schedule doesn’t look so bad, does it?

The off the field action kicks off at 6 am PDT as College Gameday brings the famous Game Day Wazzu flag home to Pullman. Will WSU students just pull an all nighter to greet Corso and company? The gridiron action starts at noon EDT as The Fightin' Wolverines in Khakis pay a visit to Sparty. D'Antonio so far has a winning record against Harbaugh. The best 3:30 pm EDT game is #3 Clemson hosting the # 16 Wolf Pack. Both teams are undefeated. The previous channel remote feature will be used as two teams with big time wins last Saturday face potentially quality opponents during the prime time window. LSU will be hosting #22 Mississippi State at 7 pm EDT. A half hour later #25 Wazzu will host NFL quality QB Justin Herbert and the #12 Ducks.

3rd Saturday in October! As long as Fat Phil keeps getting a paycheck from the Vols, Bama fans my age and older want Tennessee to get a thorough beat down more than we like beating even Auburn.

As an Auburn fan and alumna, all I can say is, "Thank God! Let it end soon."

Since the last time ‘Bama has lost to the Vols in 2006 it has been ‘Bama pummeling Rocky Top by a combined 396 to 126 points. I remember the game in 2016 when UT was ranked #9 and that was the year when UT would supposedly be the top team in the SECLeast. Well ‘Bama absolutely crushed them and Butch Jones never recovered.

Auburn is a textbook case of a coaching staff becoming too enamored with their system. I feel sorry for Jarrett Stidham. As Wellington said about the French, “They came on in the same old way”.

Somehow I just cant get interested in NCAA football anymore. All I muse about is the Communist propaganda infecting 99% of these hate mills today. From coast to coast, north to south, they are all the same.

A loss to Miss St this weekend will seal the West for Bama. Will someone ring a cowbell for me on Saturday? Roll Tide!

That's a bold statement, but not true for me. I want to see Auburn pummeled at every opportunity (unless of course if their win is a spoiler that helps Bama).

You and I both know the Vols AD Fulmer is looking for every chance to get Bama in the NCAA courtroom again. :)
