Lots of fun. Among other things, I found out I was a direct descendant of William the Conqueror and Harold of Hastings "Arrow in the Eye" fame.

Harold kept a mistress from Russia who identified his body whose progenitors go back to Polish royalty.

Anyone who can trace their genealogy back to any settlers in America before about 1670 (when the UK started shipping random people here to get rid of them) is probably going to be related because the gene pool was that small . . . another reason many of our early ancestors married or at least produced children by natives and slaves.

All of the population enjoys copulation. True then, true now.

All of my ancestors were here before 1670. In addition, I have Mormon ancestors, which means that I am related to about half the people in the US. Well, I exaggerate a little... but the Mormons were incredibly prolific.

William the Conqueror makes us cousins. Do you have and Stewart or Bruce heritage?
