They aren’t signs, obviously. The immorality of society in general is far more of a sign than those.
One of the prime signs is mentioned in Luke 21:20. That happened in 70 AD, but it’s to happen again when the Messiah comes.
One of the other signs, as listed in Revelations, is mass drug use.
