My husband’s GF was in the National Guard and there by the next morning. There were so many dead Mexicans that they stacked them like cordwood and burned the bodies.

Family lore is, my G’Father rode with Pershing chasin Villa. Can’t prove it, though the dates of service are right.
G’Father also was with Pershing in WWI which is documented.

I am always tempted to tell my Poncho Villa joke, then I remember that it might bottleneck FR bandwidth.
