Kate’s British and knows (and respects) the drill. MM just sashayed in and inserted herself into an environment she knows nothing about. Her special kind of Hollywood uppity works for her in the U.S. In the UK, maybe not so much.
I think with most of us, Meghan’s uppity doesn’t work in the USA either ; )
