I would add eliminating mail-in ballots unless you are not in the country during early voting AND election day.
I worked out of my home state for
15 years. I made special efforts to
see that my mail in ballot was received
and mailed back before the deadline.
Where most of the fraud results is
where a mail in ballot is counted after
the deadline. Ballots “found” after the
deadline, regardless of their date stamp,
should not be counted. No vote should be
counted after poll closings except for
those that are in the clerks possession
at that time, except for military.
Votes that are “found” after the deadline
should reflect on the clerks’
incompetence and should be noted on record.
