In most cases - probably yes.
But not always.
If you are a legitimate voter and find out at the polls on election day that a democrat scammer
has already submitted a mail in ballot in your name your only option is to file a provisional ballot challenging the bogus ballot.
It happens very often exactly like that.
Even that doesn't guarantee your vote will count because it will be people like Brenda Snipes who decide which ballot
is accepted and which ballot is rejected.
And often they are election scammers themselves.
I had to vote by provisional ballot this year because I asked for an early ballot when I renewed my drivers license in early October. Then we went to Hawaii for 2 weeks and by the time we got back, the deadline to get an early ballot had passed. So its not always dummies who vote provisionally.
The line for provisional voters was twice as long as the regular line, which Ive never seen before. However, the process for voting provisionally was very complicated so apparently Arizona has cracked down on the process.
