Very different tone than in the past.
There is no doubt what you are joining (a military intended to kill people and break things - a war fighting force) and the focus is on service and teamwork, not what is in it for you.
Good commercials!
Of the three “Warriors Wanted” spots tagged as active, only the one of with the towed artillery has an obvious female. And at that, she is shown talking on the radio in the vehicle and prone in the grass with a carbine. She might be doing something to a wheel — perhaps locking it or adjusting a lug nut — but the activity is not clear. She’s not training or elevating the piece or humping/loading the heavy rounds. That’s real life: For the most part, it’s the male service members who do the heavy lifting, get injured less, and enhance combat effectiveness. The females can’t do the heavy lifting, get injured more, and reduce overall combat effectiveness. The females do satisfy the PC social justice goal of equality of outcomes, regardless of sex, but it’s a high price to pay for being stylish.
I think the dumbest military ad of all time was the one touting “an army of one!” I just laughed and said the way how the military is fast becoming so PC that most people would prefer to stay out - thus leading to the very depleted Army (of one).
I always hated those “Army of One” commercials.
I am deeply, deeply offended by these ads.Not a single “gay” or “transgendered” to be seen. How dare the Army marginalize these fine, brave, loyal Americans!!!
Saw them during a football game. I loved them!
The U.S. Army is still greatest force for peace and justice in the world.

Sorry, I don’t like them. Going around shooting up the world in our current environment isn’t the path of selflessness and freedom. And such shoot’em up visuals and soundtracks aren’t going to attract our best, shall we say.
I of course wasn’t a fan of the “army of one” commercials either. But these seem done in a way that will both alienate casual viewers from our military and pull in the worst psychopaths in our country.
I want our military to be warriors, but reluctant warriors. Not those who get their jollies from it.
All hype. They still want the mentally ill homosexuals, little poser girls, and illegal aliens.
