Thank you very much, Louis Foxwell!! We process a batch of monthlies every week during the FReepathon and then when we reach the point that actuals plus the balance of monthlies reaches 80% or better, I accrue the estimated remaining balance of the monthlies into our running total.

You can see that at that time we jumped from 63% to 80%.
We still have 3 batches of monthlies coming in later this month, but they’re already accounted for in our total.

...is currently about $81,600 where our running total is about $87,150. The difference is the current balance of the accrual. God willing, our FReepathon will go over the top today or tomorrow, then we will process these remaining batches on the 18th, 24th and 31st as they come due and our actual will catch up to the running total.
Well that is much more bookkeeping tech than I expected. Might have suspected as much. FR has always been on the high side.
