Why should the government need to subsidize pot growers when NYC could sell growing and distribution licenses out for 500K a pop and have 300 people in line the next day to buy one.
Some will say it would keep the ‘small guy’ out, but the ‘small guy’ will just partner with other ‘small guys’ pool money together and buy one as well.
