Yeah, that's exactly why Cuomo wants it, too. He sees it as a cash cow and as a way to ingratiate himself to the millennial voters. So the MTA gets fixed by stoning the public and turning NYC into a bunch of drugged out zombies. That's the only way they could raise the necessary money. Never mind ditching the sanctuary city and sanctuary state statuses and kicking out the worthless illegals feeding heavily off the taxpayer teat...no, they have to drug the public and put everyone at risk of increased traffic accidents, industrial accidents, medical accidents, etc.
Almost makes me want to wish his entire progeny gets hooked on pot or worse. Because he is promoting that behavior, so he should suffer the consequences 10-fold. Just another sick lib.
