Probably so, and not a “large SUV.” For that you need a Ford Expedition or a Lincoln Navigator. Nevertheless, murder by truck, SUVs included, is SOP for performing the Islamic Sacrament. Odd, how totally nonexistent this kind of vehicular mass murder was before the Islamic arrival in US and Europe. Until then trucks and SUVs just emitted CO2 and got into occasional accidents.
