Since before 2008, perhaps in the 1990s, many people have felt emboldened to become more coarse, crude, and uncouth. There is really no way to rein them in except their own conscience and peer pressure. Alas, their peers seem to think it is a challenge to be worse than the others. Then, in 2017, Trump was sworn in. I imagined a softening of the crazy behavior, at least in the Congress. Now, the rats control just 1/2 of 1/3 of the government. The crazies are back at it and are as unhinged, and moreso, than before. I don't know this actor. I've not watched that show, movie, or whatever. I do not recognize the world he inhabits.

Most of Pacino’s movies have a scene in it where he just rants, and they are mostly memorable. From the Devil’s Advocate (his rant about God) to the Recruit (ranted about turning bad because he wasn’t paid enough by the CIA) and they all occur in the final 20 minutes..

The best one is in "Glengarry, Glenn Ross" when he goes after Kevin Spacey for messing up his potential sale....
