She’s also not a naturalized citizen. So why are we talking about her?

There was no need for Harris to be “naturalized” as a citizen. She was born to alien parents lawfully resident with in the US at the time of her birth. Therefore, she is a US citizen at birth by virtue of Section 1 of the 14th amendment of the US constitution.
What she is NOT is a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN eligible to the POTUS by virtue of Article II of that same constitution.
THAT issue is screaming for a direct adjudication on the matter by SCOTUS using it’s Article III oversight authority for the first time in US history.
