unfortunately when there is a disagreement it is the job of the court to interpret. Isn’t it? The problem is they turned away 6 cases on Obama which may have clarified the issue.

trump shot his wad with obama. Two ways to approach this. The RNC file in federal court. Or 6 republican secretaries of state refuse to put her on the ballot. Then the dems would have the burden of waking up the supreme court. 6 states would get attention and cost the Electoral Votes of the democrat if they don’t challenge in court.
I believe that unlike McCain or Romney, Trump would call them on it.

I do not know what Trump thinks, but it matters not.
All of the children posted above are ineligible. Their mother was not an American citizen at the time of their births.

After the last Presidency the Natural Born clause has no more meaning at all. It has been excised neatly from the Constitution. The Presidency is now effectively open to “undocumented” immigrants. All thast has to happen is the Democrats nominate one. The Nominee will be instantly accepted by the entire Establilshment and protests will be attributed to NAZIs and those non-person White Men.
