MINNEAPOLIS (FOX 9) – Minnesota Senator Amy Klobuchar revealed she will be making a “major” announcement this weekend.
‘She plans to make her announcement on Sunday at Boom Island Park in Minneapolis. The event will be open to the public starting at 1 p.m. with the program beginning at 1:35 p.m.
In a live interview on MSNBC, Klobuchar said she will be announcing her decision for a possible presidential run.
The permit application for Sunday’s event shows Jeannette Clelland, who owns an events company, filed the paperwork. Clelland, however, was once a Klobuchar staffer and was former First Lady Michelle Obama’s deputy director of scheduling. The application says there will be four to five speakers, with a stage and a riser for media.
In addition to Klobuchar’s announcement, the event will feature hot cocoa, warming houses and live entertainment.

Really. The “homeless” will need “warming houses” for a minor Senator’s announcement? (Who actually pays for the advertisement of her “goodwill” and “virtue” as she plans to kill more unborn women? Her campaign?)

This is such exciting news. I can hardly wait till Sunday. They act like this is a big event in the lives of people.
It literally will not change one thing for the better for me.

She is Idiot Senator #1 from here in Minnesota. She puts on the nice girl next door act to fool the sheeple but if you ever watched her in the hearings for Gorsuch and Kavanaugh you will see she is mean as a snake..

Dem power-brokers flooding the field with candidates so their Chosen One can win the nomination with minimal support?
Maybe the biggest donors are trying to rein in the crazies?
Maybe just pols using ‘campaign contributions’ to cover bribery and jobs for cronies?
I live in Minnesota and have the misfortune of having Klobuchar as one of my Senators. Her politics aside, she really truly is an empty pants suit. She got into the Senate largely on the basis of her father’s name, a well-known newspaper columnist in the state. Had her name been Amy Benson or Amy Jones, she’d be nothing more than a low-tier partner at some law firm in the Twin Cities.
Her time in the Senate has been spent passing nothing of any consequence in regards to legislation and essentially doing whatever the Senate Democrat leader (Harry Reid and Chuck Schumer) tells her to do.
She is extraordinarily liberal but portrays herself as a sensible mainstream Minnesotan who likes to make casseroles and chat with people at the State Fair every August. And of course, the media in Minnesota falls all over her at every chance.
She’s Kirsten Gillibrand with a Sarah Palin accent.
There is a vicious, 1930s style leftism streak up there that never seems to change. Not generalized but an undercurrent here and there. I blamed Grangers. I haven’t been in many years.

This is getting ridiculous. The only reason I can figure out why many of these Politicians jump into this race is that there is some big financial gain they get even though they lose. Does anybody have a better reason?
