That is a whole lotta murdering going on.
And it IS murder.
We have 95 million people between 16-65 out of the workforce. Automation is increasing productivity and eliminating jobs, especially low skilled ones.
Immigrants grow old as well. We could increase legal immigration to 3 million a year from the current 1.1 million and it would have a negligible effect on our aging population.
Which ties in with one of my concerns with the stock market and as the older generation continues to move forward and cash out - will demand drop enough to impact stock prices overall?
I could definitely see real estate prices being impacted... unless the millenials start to make more purchases then they have to this point.
And, level off there.

Most of that will be in Africa — the only continent in the world that is still experiencing annual births > deaths.
