I think he’s black hat all the way but he was left in place on purpose because they knew he would continue to plot with the cabal. I’ve never worked for the federal government but I know with private companies your employee has the legal right to look at anything on your company provided devices, computers, listen to phone calls etc. If they had let him go he would have been a private citizen and they would have had to get warrants and such. I think he was left in there on purpose and the reason this is all taking so long is they don’t stop committing new crimes and new treasonous acts long enough to get arrested.
