Because RR has some magic spell that makes untouchable, he’s that evil.
Choices are:
1. Black hat, all bad
2. Black hat, deeply leveraged
3. Grey hat, sufficiently leveraged
4. White hat, undercover/purposely camouflaged
I lean towards the last two, could be second. I seriously doubt the first, because he’s still there for one reason, and a bunch of other reasons. I don’t want to dredge feeble brain right now as it’s late.
I perpetually don’t see how it can truly be #1 absolutely because Trump is not stupid and knows + knew (near) all.

This sounds very exciting for #FakeNews ... but the Mule has spoken. Stone was exaggerating ... nobody got anything that wasn’t already known in the public domain. And, in fact, Stone suspected (as many) that the Wikileaks dumps were going to be HRC e-mails - but the e-mails that Wikileaks published were the same FOIA that had already been released. Instead we got DNC (His Name Was Seth Rich) and Podesta (Spirit Cooking). That fact is consistently lost. Let’s do the Time Warp again!
I think he’s black hat all the way but he was left in place on purpose because they knew he would continue to plot with the cabal. I’ve never worked for the federal government but I know with private companies your employee has the legal right to look at anything on your company provided devices, computers, listen to phone calls etc. If they had let him go he would have been a private citizen and they would have had to get warrants and such. I think he was left in there on purpose and the reason this is all taking so long is they don’t stop committing new crimes and new treasonous acts long enough to get arrested.
