The average IQ of a sub Saharan African is about 65. In Africa, that’s fine. It’s enough to get by. Sharpen a stick, kill a snake or toad or throw a rock at a tree to knock down your dinner. Then you can sit in the hut you built out of straw and your own shit.

In America, an IQ of 65 is considered retarded. So if the Africans you saw didn’t “seem” retarded, chances are they were.
