Also the buttons on ATMs. Has anyone noticed how filthy those things are?
In a Socialist state some method like this will be mandatory. Heretics like myself, who eschew the whole concept, will be forcefully “reeducated” at best.
In a true socialist state they run out of toilet paper about the same time the bread lines form.
we have those spindles. they are great. We sit the paper so it opens closest to the wall. then it is easy to rip off paper one-handed.
They are the easiest and simplest things to use, they hang on one stud, never come off, and are easy to plop another roll in. Each bathroom has one in white, found them in the Amish catalog.
“”What is the right way to hang the roll with cats around?””
Keep the bathroom door closed & the Cat never gets in.
Problem solved.
That’s what I do. :-)

ALLLLLLLL places of Business should clean ALLLLLLLL “points of touch” at least every day!
Gas pumps gag me.
If you have a cat toilet paper cam make for a lot of fun for them.
I note that the article talks about all the surfaces in the BR that have bacteria on them. I always wonder, if you need to wash your hands after going, how much bacteria and fecal matter you transfer to your clothes while getting dressed again, before washing your hands?
I wonder about those touch screens in Wawa and McDonald’s. No wipes. So many gross people.
I see what you did there.
When my kids were younger their bathroom had the TT under, mine had it over.
ATMs these days will often use Apple pay or Android pay. No need to touch buttons or insert ATM card.
But, that money you get is really filthy. ;-)
I actually witnessed a fist fight at work one day about this very subject. I could not believe it as it went from an argument to yelling then screaming and finally blows.
We had one and I was sure we had bought it from Lehman Brothers, the Amish catalog.
I loved it, too.
No problem with not getting the spindle not seated correctly and then having the toilet paper roll fly offon first yank.
Yes the Lehmann’s catalog.
I love it.
I keep the toilet doors closed. No stink in the rest of the house, and my cat can’t open doors (yet).
Lol. Good idea with your cats.
My parents had a cat named Tiger. Tiger watched them open the door to go outside. They said he would jump up and try to turn the round doorknob using both paws. If it was a lever type door knob, he would been able to open the door.
Toilet paper? Who needs toilet paper?

Actually, the mooslime would be asking: Where are the three rocks?
