They need to make sure Chuck Norris is driving it.

I thought they were flying at some point, though.
I’ll have to watch it again.

Only $380K a pop. Sold-out in no time.
.. a top speed of 100 mph, a maximum altitude of 10,000 feet and a total flight time of 10 minutes.
hopes it includes a hefty life insurance policy, splints and squeegies.

Galactica 1980 certainly did.
No one acknowledges the show even ran.

Well, you could shoot them down with WWII AAA with optical sights.
No radar or missiles needed.
Then there’s the question of range, and how to get out of what you got into.

Sounds cool. I could also see the answer to the problem being let the JTARV carry the fuel forward so that the Jetbike can do the full 50 miles. Jetbike on scene first and able to bring Ammo, Food, possibly reinforcements. JTARV is fast follower with heavier replenishments and fuel. As with all tech, getting it built initially is the game changer. Time will improve speed, distance, payload. Would be really cool when a platform like this could carry say
a pilot and 2 mounted RPGs and function like a super small A10 in a confined battlefield. I was going to say minigun, but the payload would have to go WAY up to carry the ammo for even a 1 second burst.
