If you want everyone in your community to have enough the only way that will happen is for you to rid yourselves of people who don’t have enough. It’s called by some gentrification.
Weirdly it could save money in the end if they get rid of every welfare program and give one check. It would save on social workers salary, housing vouchers, food stamps, gas vouchers, electricity vouchers, bus vouchers, and the monthly check.
