Mississippi’s Republican governor signed one of America’s strictest abortion bills on Thursday banning women from obtaining an abortion once a fetal heartbeat is detected, which can often occur before a woman even realizes she is pregnant. Dubbed the ‘heartbeat bill,’ this is the second legislative attempt in less than a year aimed at restricting abortions in a state with a single abortion clinic. In a tweet earlier this week, Governor Phil Bryant thanked the state’s legislature for “protecting the unborn” by passing the bill and sending it to him for his signature.

There will be a lawsuit filed to put a TRO, and then a permanent restraining order, against this law by tomorrow morning. It’ll take 2 or so years to get to the Supremes...and maybe by then there will have been an opening on the Court on the Leftist side. This could be interesting.
I love Mississippi. It will be the last state to be destroyed.

Carlton Reeves, the Judge from Brandon, Mississippi, a worshiper of Obama and a Democrat, an affirmative action appointee and a member of the race of professional victims, will be the one that will rule on this within the next two days I’m betting.
