OK, I’ve never had fish tacos. What do they put in it, imitation crab meat? Tuna? Is it ground up, or a slab like the McFish?

I’ve seen mahi mahi a lot, otherwise it is some type of white fleshed fish. I wouldn’t be surprised if it is tilapia in most of the cheaper places now. Sadly I even know a local restaurant that uses tilapia in its fish and chips.

Fish tacos are a Baja California specialty and are made with a flour tortilla, mild fish, shredded cabbage, dressing and lime.

Wonderful!

I’ve had them with blackened salmon.

I love fish tacos, they are far better than beef or chicken in my opinion.

“OK, I’ve never had fish tacos.”

Me neither; I’ll pass on those.
