The mother has 4 kids and works as a cashier REALLY 4 kids!!!! Well she just lost a hell of a lot of her welfare money and of course in CA. she got MORE money for the child with special needs!!! Little girl was a cutie pie what a shame!!!!
Actually Secret Agent Man is telling the truth in that a lot of special needs kids are abuse. Not all but some are taken advantage of and only used for a check then disgarded.
