This was once a quiet area with homes in the $300k range. My best friend has lived there for over 30 years and nothing like this has happened.
Think more than that. They were that level in 2005. I lived there as well. Absolutely beautiful place.

Ya it was bad when I lived there and they are worse drivers than Florida drivers. Illegal immigration is going off the charts there as well. Why is it always the beautiful places that get riddled with criminal illegal aliens and then ruin the place?

I think these illegals are a big scam. I see how nicely dressed they and the kids are when shown on television.

Because their local governments support the illegal alien populations. They need to bring back a Joe Arpaio look-alike and make him Maricopa County Sheriff, but to do that they would have to remove the Phoenix Mayor and all the dickheads on the City Council. Ditto for the County Government.
